Over thirty energized international students from Lincoln University packed into three vans on Friday, March 9th to set off for a remarkable weekend. We were on route to the Wildfoods Festival on the West Coast in Hokitika, New Zealand with stops at Castle Hill and Arthur’s Pass.

We hiked up even higher and got wet in the waterfall. On Friday and Saturday night we stayed in two cottages in Arthur's Pass. I was in a room with six other people in bunk beds.
Wildfoods Festival
In Hokitika, New Zealand on Saturday, March 10th. Festival goers dress up in costumers, a couple of us did Mardi Gras!

I had so much fun eating these funky foods (Note: I did not waste any). This was a great weekend and I look forward to many more. It was really nice to see more New Zealand landscape.
